International Orders

We have paused international orders temporarily.
However, if you are ordering from South East Asia/Asia, please drop us a message for us to discuss on your shipping options.

 

Local Orders

We offer 2 types of delivery method and self-collection.

By Delivery:

• Flat Rate Courier $4.50
• For General online orders, we will ship via ninjavan. A tracking number will be sent to you when the order is ready to ship out. 
• Untracked XS Mail $2.00

Before heading down to Tiny Rabbit Hole, kindly ensure that you have received a Ready for Pickup email.

For urgent orders, we can arrange for grabexpress or lalamove, but cost to be borne by buyer. 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept refund and exchange unless it is our mistake.

 

Reimbursement of missing parcel during delivery

We will not refund or cover parcels missing during delivery should relevant information be provided to the customer once it is out from our studio.

For missing tracked parcel, we can help to raise lost mail to the relevant couriers, but not liable for reimbursement, unless we have entered the wrong address/tracking information. Please double check your shipping address when placing order.

We are also not liable for lost untracked mail as there is no way for us to track the parcel.
